Evan received a Juris Doctor degree from Samford University, he graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law, and he served as Associate Editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and Associate Justice on the National Moot Court Team.

Evan received his undergraduate degree from University of Alabama, where he graduated magna cum laude. Evan has been admitted into the Georgia bar and the Alabama bar.
