CLIENT "Y"

Client Y is a serial entrepreneur who initially hired us to resolve a few NDA and restrictive covenant disputes in the hospitality industry. Upon the happy resolution of those issues, Delgado Heidari was hired as external general counsel for the client’s successful venture. Client Y is a big risk taker and has many ventures operating simultaneously.

Client Y's leadership style is taken into account with all matters and will affect the contracts we draft, how we negotiate, and how we litigate. We protect the ventures from frivolous lawsuits and are able to negotiate advantageous agreements that ultimately stifle the competition. We often utilize litigation to enforce contracts and payments.

After site visits and really getting to know the company, we have a better understanding of potential issues that need to be addressed. We tweak the employee agreements and hold employee workshops that then protect the company from third party liability.

We know how Client Y likes to run his ventures so minimal oversight is needed. We have since been at this client’s side in all his ventures.
